Shipping and Returns
Customers must contact Levitt by phone 1-800-548-0097 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Merchandise returned to us without an RMA will not receive credit.
Cut yardage of Veltex & Tempo Fabrics are NOT RETURNABLE
All Velcoin Sew-on orders are custom and are NOT RETURNABLE
All custom cut (converted) orders of any product are NOT RETURNABLE
Levitt Industrial Textile Co. will accept return of Velcro® material within 30 days of shipping date, under the following conditions:
• Authorization must be issued before a return will be accepted for credit.
• A 15% re-stocking fee may apply.
• Velcro® reels, pressure sensitive and/or sew type must be unused, and in saleable condition, including properly flanged without private labels etc.
• All cut/custom Velcro® Hook and Loop, including all cut yardage orders of Veltex and Tempo Display Loop Fabric, may not be returned.
• Full bolts of stock color Veltex™ Loop Display Fabric may be returned with approval. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply.
• If material received is incorrect on the part of the customer, the customer will assume freight charges for return.
• If material received is incorrect on the part of Levitt Industrial Textile, Levitt Industrial Textile will assume freight costs for return.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PURCHASER
All statements, technical advice and recommendations contained herein are based on tests believed to be reliable, but the accuracy thereof is not guaranteed, and the following is made in lieu of all warranties, express or implied: Seller’s and manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace the quantity of product proved to be defective by manufacturer’s laboratory. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. No statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless in an agreement signed by officers of seller and manufacturer.
ERRORS and OMISSION
We make every effort to ensure that this website generates the correct pricing and shipping rates. In the event that there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will refund the purchase price.
